charlesracine Posted January 13, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 13, 2017 We want to visit the Bronnoysund, Nordland area (specifically rent a car to Hattfjelldal), this summer 2017 and are looking for any thoughts on using Hurtigruten cruise lines, to and or from Bronnoysund and Bergen or one of the northern airports of Tromso, Kirkenes or Honningsvag for examples. We will also include Oslo, Telemark and potentially take the train to or from Bergen. All comments and thoughts are really appreciated. Thank you and best regards to all. Eboracum_d Posted January 14, 2017 #2 Share Posted January 14, 2017 I would have thought the Hurtigruten was the ideal choice for you. You can fly into Bergen and Bronnoysoy is one of their stops on the northern voyage. You will have the choice of picking up the Hurtigruten again there after your car trips or returning the car to some other hire location elsewhere on the Hurtigruten route. There is a ship going in both directions each day. You could also fly back from Bronnoysund via Oslo. I would talk direct to Hurtigruten rather than using a TA. You will find they speak excellent English. Sent from my iPad using Forums
