Got tickets today - please help!

We received our tickets, luggage tags, etc. for our 6/20 Sapphire Alaskan sailing....and everything looks great EXCEPT for the shore excursion info. I recently did some switching around online (1-2 weeks ago) and although the Cruise Personalizer is showing the correct excursions, the printed ticket we got is showing the old ones. I am HOPING that the ticket booklet was just printed before I made the changes, and all will be well when we embark. Anyone else ever had this happen?

I have not had this happen but it shouldn't be a problem. You can either call Princess or wait until you board and if the tickets in your room aren't what you want then you should be able to change them. Have a great cruise.

Jimbug -- This has happened to me, and the reason is as you assumed. The paper ticket was printed before the personalizer was changed. Once I got onboard, everything matched up with my personalizer tours. I would, however, stop at the tour desk just to confirm it all.

The tour ticket that comes with your passage ticket is not the 'real thing'. Princess will deliver your real tickets in an envelope to your cabin. A lot of times they will have been placed in your room on the bed prior to your boarding - just stick them in the safe when you arrive.

Larsen is correct. Your tours are reserved, not paid for yet, so your credit card hasn't been charged.

When you board or shortly after, your tour tickets will be delivered to your cabin by your steward. Check them out thoroughly and if there are any problems, go to the Tour Desk to get them exchanged. You have until 10AM the morning before each tour to change, return or exchange the tour tickets.

Usually your tour tickets are already in your cabin when you check in. Check them out right away, and if they are wrong, change them at the excursion desk. I'm sure they have the correct info and you will not have a problem.
