Shep_Proudfoot Posted January 15, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 15, 2017 (edited) Hello, I recently booked my first cruise on RCI, SC itinerary on Jewel of the Seas. The reservation was made on the phone with Royal directly. Unlike most cruises I was not asked dining preference or queen vs. twin bed preference and I now belatedly realize these details should be finalized. These items don't appear to be selectable on the website, am I missing somewhere on the website to adjust these items, do I need to call and deal with the (long so far) wait to talk to a customer service rep or am I just out of luck until we're onboard? Or, given sailing is only two weeks out and the cruise is full is there no chance of getting MyTime dining anyway? Clarea Posted January 15, 2017 #2 Share Posted January 15, 2017 You should call RC customer service to set the preferences for your cruise.

Have you gone into your Cruise Planner to see what times are still available for MTD?
woehwdy Posted January 30, 2017 #5 Share Posted January 30, 2017 The bed configuration is always together, if they need to be separated just ask the room steward. If you go to the vacation summary on RCCL, it will give you your dining time. If you are booked with a tp you will need to have them call to change u our dining.
