How can I see what I ordered from funshop

I've received emails and have also had to request a confirmation as sometimes I order quite far out for upcoming cruises and don't always receive an email.

 

I sent an email to icare@carnival.com & funshopssupport@carnival.com, with all my booking details and requesting my Fun Shop order. (I sent it to both as my initial request to the support email didn't get a response)
