Private Tour with Marva Shaw - What to do?

We are in Jamaica (Ocho Rios) from 8 am - 4 pm, and I have already booked our private tour with Know Jamaica Tours (Marva Shaw).

 

Now I'm trying to plan a reasonable itinerary with plenty of time for traffic, unexpected stops, etc.

 

I know we want to go to the Blue Hole. What else should we ask to get in there? I'm thinking that for peace of mind, others in my party will want to be back at the ship by 2:30 or so.

Time permitting you can hit some of the scenic overlooks in Ocho Rios too
