Price of kids for specialty dining?

We are planning on eating at a couple of the pay restaurants on the gem and have a 4 yr old (will be turning 5 on the trip). Does anyone know what price she will be charged? When we sailed on the gem 3 years ago, I believe she was half price or could eat off the kids menu for free. Is this still the case? Thanks in advance!

Kids' Menu is still complimentary.

Anything else is same as adult (cover charge, upcharge, a la carte, etc.)

If she uses Specialty restaurant menu she pays full price. No more half-price for kids. There is no Specialty Restaurant kids menu. However there is a kids menu that is used in MDR that can also be used at a specialty restaurant. That kids menu is free.

be aware not all restaurants give out the kids menus.even if kids get the same thing every meal u shoudl get the menus every time so they have crayons and paper to play on
