What's open on Sundays?

Have been to Dominica a few times including land stays. This time NCL Breakaway will call on Sun. Feb. 5.

Does anyone know where the ship will dock? We're hoping walking distance to Roseau.

Could not tell searching various sites whether local restaurants would be open on Sunday and how about pharmacies?

Would like to have lunch off the ship. We went to a place called Pearl's several years ago but it wouldn't be in walking distance.

Thanks! Any recent experiences appreciated. Sunday can be very quiet except for a store here or there.

When we stayed there we were at Jungle Bay (yoga retreat for DH) but unfortunately it got totally wiped out in the hurricane. Fortunately the owner and government are working to start rebuilding (in a different area) and it will include many of the former hard-working employees.

Another great thing to do for anyone so inclined is snorkeling in Champagne Reef. There is also OK snorkeling off of Scott's Head beach (a stony walk last we were there). Champagne we did by boat.
