Oceania port shuttles

Hi, we will be on the June 2 cruise Southhampton to Copenhagen cruise and wondering about port shuttles provided by Oceania in some of the ports. Can't seem to find info and TA very slow in responding. Won't be using her againbut that is another story as yet unwritten !. I would appreciate any information.
