Rallies in Miami January 21 near Port

Got an email from Celebrity this afternoon apprising us of heavy traffic and possible street closings for tomorrow. They recommend using I-395 and tunnel to get to the port. Is that route easy to follow?

Very easy. I-395 essentially merges with I-41 (or US41). Pop into tunnel, then pop out near the cruise ship port. We did not drive to cruise terminal, but that's the way the cab went. You should see the port/ships off to the right as you drive over the flyover. It looks like you're driving past the port but the tunnel will take you to the far end, near the NCL ship(s).
