Personal trainer

Has anyone ever used the personal trainer services? If so, I would love to here your opinion of them. I am contemplating them for my Harmony cruise.

On my harmony cruise in december, they had a nice special. 99 for three 30 minute sessions. it wasn't advertised in the many flyers that I saw but it was part of the rotating ads on the tv screens in the gym. much cheaper for some reason than the normal personal training prices that were shown in the flyers. I don't think ive had a bad trainer on any cruise and this guy was great. kept increasing the difficulty and if you don't need much rest, it's an intense 30 minutes. for one session, he jokingly called 3 rounds of 30 pushups/8 chinups/3 minutes walking on the treadmill at max incline my warmup. can also pair these up with the trilogy bootcamp classes and trx classes to get multiple sessions in each day.
