glrounds Posted January 26, 2017 #2 Share Posted January 26, 2017 All companies that market a product that centers around discretionary spending will go up as the economy improves. Sent from my GT-P5210 using Tapatalk
Computer Nerd Posted January 26, 2017 #3 Share Posted January 26, 2017 Yes. I've been hoping it would drop below $50 a share before the end of February but it doesn't seem like that's going to happen. :(

pulledporky Posted January 26, 2017 #6 Share Posted January 26, 2017 Has been a great investment for us Yep. I remember people were saying don't buy it just for the OBC, but I did anyway (at $21.49/share there wasn't a tremendous downside). Still reaping the benefits. Wish they were all this good. If you cruise say at least 3x a year you get a rather nice tax free dividend

blondietink Posted January 27, 2017 #9 Share Posted January 27, 2017 Love our stock, for the dividends and the OBC. Since we have had the stock we have received $550.00 OBC on our cruises total.
PlanoDebbie Posted January 27, 2017 #10 Share Posted January 27, 2017 We've used the OBC many times. Also enjoy getting the quarterly dividends as well. If you can afford to buy 100 shares in your 401K, it's a great investment for frequent cruisers.
easyboy Posted January 27, 2017 #11 Share Posted January 27, 2017 Investment really worth for frequent cruisers. No regrets.
Micahs Grandad Posted January 27, 2017 #12 Share Posted January 27, 2017 Based on high current price if we cruised say once a year think we would not buy at this price.
rlkubi Posted January 27, 2017 #13 Share Posted January 27, 2017 We bought ours over 10 years ago and have reaped $2,500 in stock OBC from our cruises. Has been so worth it!
2Shoes2Go Posted January 27, 2017 #14 Share Posted January 27, 2017 100+ cruises worth of OBC!:) Also, a couple free from Carnival's MC Of course, we did have to pay for the cruises:D
asalligo Posted January 27, 2017 #15 Share Posted January 27, 2017 I bought it at 45 last year, thinking that I would probably lose money on it.
13cheermom Posted January 27, 2017 #16 Share Posted January 27, 2017 I bought it at 45 last year, thinking that I would probably lose money on it. I know right, I hesitated at buying at $40/share thinking it might go back down. Husband transferred the money into account and I said no lets wait. Kicking myself now because looks like it's staying high for now. Oh well, live and learn.
