Clarea Posted January 27, 2017 #2 Share Posted January 27, 2017 Is there a Chef's Table on the Explorer? Don't see it listed here: http://www.royalcaribbean.com/findacruise/ships/class/ship/home.do?shipClassCode=VY&shipCode=EX&br=R
ChrisOz Posted January 27, 2017 #3 Share Posted January 27, 2017 Certainly is but I elected not to do it. Not as extensive as Carnival Cruises but about the same price. In the Sapphire, lowest level and during the main sitting I think. If cost is a factor then an excellent meal can be had in Chops off the all-inclusive part of the menu. zuzuflub Posted January 27, 2017 #4 Share Posted January 27, 2017 Yes there is. It costs $85 and I spoke to a couple who raved about it. Sent from my SM-N910U using Forums mobile app
tomatosauce Posted January 27, 2017 #5 Share Posted January 27, 2017 I did it in November on the Explorer and it was amazing. They didn't get enough people or some nights and combined it into a table of 15. They section off an area of the Windjammer next to Chops which actually worked really well. gliles Posted July 16, 2017 #6 Share Posted July 16, 2017 We did it on the Rhapsody and were disappointed compared to the one we did on Princess. The Princess one included a tour and a lot more fancy stuff, sculptures made from sugar, etc. The food was good but it was just a really long dinner. Just our experience and maybe if the tablemates and the chef were more interesting, that would have helped.
