we r cruising into la romania domincian is this the same port as amber cove ? can we still do tours there or is it to far? Thank u in advance

These are 2 different ports on different sides of the island. You won't be able to travel between the two during your day in port.

For La Romana use the search function and look at previous posts on Seavis Tours and Pro Excursions. The Seavis Saona Island excursion is an amazing day and so much better that the cruise line option.

Many posts here are centered on the immediate port area and nearby tourist sites, these are fine, but the natural beauty surrounding Bayahibe and the nearby islands is much more interesting and away from the touristy spots.

It is not the same port as Amber Cove! We had booked the 27 waterfall tour last year at our stop in La Ramona only to realize the tour guide was waiting for us in Amber Cove 8 hours away!
