Can you still buy OBC?

It's been a while since I cruised and just went onto the RCI site to buy some onboard credit for my upcoming cruise. I can't find where you can buy this anymore. Is this still offered prior to cruising - I used to be able to get a good AUD/USD exchange rate.

Edited to add - I thought I would ask my second question here rather than start a new thread. We have My Time Dining and have chosen to pay our gratuities on board. I recall them being added as a daily charge on the bill to pay at the end of the cruise. My question is, can I still have this removed and pay cash directly to the staff instead on the final night? I recall doing this on the Grandeur years ago.

Gratuities are now being added in the price and I don't think you can remove them. It is for cruises leaving Australia. We are not very good tippers I am afraid, we are not used to them. I think it is a good idea. You don't have to worry about it now.
