Canadian at Par and Norwegian Selects package

I was wondering if any Canadians have been successful at booking and cruising with both packages?

 

I booked Canadian at Par and received a confirmation that said I was entitled to the Norwegian Selects package.

 

When I got onboard the ship, I soon discovered that my Norwegian Selects package was not there.

 

I was told that I was not eligible for that package even though I had a printed confirmation that said that I was.

 

Apparently my package was just cancelled somewhere along the way without any notification to me about it before I left on my cruise.

 

Anybody got any experiences to share?
