cjknox Posted February 1, 2017 #1 Share Posted February 1, 2017 (edited) It's official, the Glory will be the first Conquest class vessel to receive waterworks. The only two places a waterworks could go is where the current water slide is located. This area makes the most logical sense. The other area being aft above where the aft pool is currently located. Where would you prefer the waterworks on Glory be? Forward like on the Dream and Vista classes? Or aft like the Fantasy and Sunshine classes? JAMST3RZ Posted February 1, 2017 #2 Share Posted February 1, 2017 Forward - camp is there. I think they will remove current serenity and make aft pool official serenity. Sent from my iPhone using Forums[/url

Sent from my iPhone using Forums[/url Can't see how that area would work for serenity unless they somehow blocked it off from the pizza place. It's possible. I loved the Freedom, but my only issue was no waterworks. Now I'm thinking about a cruise on the Glory, because of this addition. Love it! CJHAN Posted February 1, 2017 #4 Share Posted February 1, 2017 Funny thing is that I love to see the water works but have never actually used it. Hope this goes well its a big selling point for the kids. Sent from my SM-G935P using Forums mobile app
scottydog123 Posted February 1, 2017 #5 Share Posted February 1, 2017 Love the Waterworks, because it's all fresh water. Good place to keep cool when you the pools are too full.

JinxyB Posted February 1, 2017 #7 Share Posted February 1, 2017 That's awesome news-do you have an official link? I don't book the Conquest-class ships when cruising with my kids due to the lack of waterworks, so I am glad to hear this!
Jelly_Toast Posted February 1, 2017 #8 Share Posted February 1, 2017 Where is the official information? I'm cruising Glory in 2018 and curious if there is any other information about dry dock improvements and changes.
helene109 Posted February 1, 2017 #9 Share Posted February 1, 2017 Wow this is great is there a ship that you would compare the type of waterworks to? Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Forums

Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Forums All we have been told is three slides no specifics on which ones but I would guess either 1) Racing Slides (seen on sunshine) and Twister OR 2) Green Thunder, Twister and Kaleid-o-slide Sent from my iPhone using Forums[/url
Ineedavacationnow13 Posted February 1, 2017 #11 Share Posted February 1, 2017 If the waterworks went on the aft would that mean there would no longer be an adult only pool?
RTRMom Posted February 1, 2017 #12 Share Posted February 1, 2017 Great selling point for families. Exactly, my kids did not enjoy the single slide on the Valor. I will probably not sail on another ship that doesn't have waterworks.

Jamericannn Posted February 2, 2017 #14 Share Posted February 2, 2017 (edited) The OP is correct. It is Official as the OP stated. If you doubt then you can click on link below. I am excited about it because I will be sailing in her a month after dry dock. I think it will likely be forward. They may make Serenity smaller. Also three new water slides is so exciting. Not necessarily for me but because this will be my first cruise with the kids so I want them to enjoy it. https://www.carnival.com/onboard/view-all-onboard-activities/?shipCode=GL Edited February 2, 2017 by Jamericannn

The OP was just asking where folks "think" it will be. Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk
