Our Dawn 1/29/17 Review-Mostly Good...

Great review. dh and I were on the 1/22-1/29 cruise and were actually in an oceanview, Deck 5, which is one of the biggest mistakes we ever made. On the first day we had crazy rough seas (16' swells and 1 rogue wave, we think) and even though I've gone boating/fishing most of my young life, it freaked me out to have waves wash over our window. I kept the curtains closed pretty much for the rest of the cruise.

 

We parked at the open fenced-in parking lot. We figured the 24/7 security was worth it.

Really enjoyed your review. Friend and I are sailing on the Dawn 4/21-5/5 12-day Caribbean Adventure from NOLA ending in Boston, and staying on until 5/12 for a week to Bermuda. We both are disabled and use power wheelchairs AND are in Cabin 9706, so it was wonderful to see pictures of it
