Deluxe damper

Occupied deluxe cabin 8536 on Discovery last week. We returned one afternoon to find the carpet next to the bed sopping wet. A maintenance man looked at it and later came back to tell us the problem had been fixed. He set up a huge blower to dry it out. The next day there was another huge blower on the carpet outside the door. Has anyone else experienced this problem either in this cabin or on the ship?
