leinhto Posted February 9, 2017 #1 Share Posted February 9, 2017 Was reading an article about Azamara and their partners and was wondering why I don't read much about RCI partners and how they are enhancing the Wow experience. On their site I see the following: DreamWorks Experience Land & Sea Vacation - Universal Orlando Resort MGM Resorts International® Seems limited, only one is an onboard enhancement. I think they had or have a partnership with Fisher Price for the kids program. Now and again I hear a little about some famous chef having a bearing on a dining venue. But nothing much after that. Is this perhaps the route Royal needs to take to enhance the experience, partner with others in and around the industry? For one I would like to see an app. In this day and age having to go through a cludgy website has got to rank high on customer booking dissatisfaction. Anyways wanted to hear from others on what partnership they have that I may have missed or not taken adavantage of and what ideas you have on a meaningful and impactful partnership they can make to enhance the cruising experience.
