Has anyone used the Friends & Family Sail Free offer with a CAS offer?

I received a CAS offer which states complimentary stateroom plus $200 obc plus choose two free at sea offers (unlimited bar, specialty dining, shore excursions, wifi, friends and family sail free). Wondering if anyone has ever taken advantage of this, having 4 in the cabin and what the costs were??

Yes, I have used many times for my family of 5 on the bigger ships with the 5 people Ocean Views. Basically, it is the comp rate for the first 2 and then taxes and port fees for the next 2. It used to be 3-8 on the KSF or Friends and Family deal, which would make our 7 day cruise about $900 total for 5. Now it is a little higher since I have to pay the normal price for our 5th.
