Transportation Hotel near airport to port of Miami

There is a group of 10 of us. We are staying at a hotel near the Miami airport Saturday night and they don't provide a shuttle to the port on Sunday. What is the best way to get to the port? Get 2 Uber XL? Is there a shuttle to contact?

Call the hotel for suggestions. One option is go to the airport and pick up one of the shuttle services there. Not all hotels are serviced by the shared shuttles.

Two van taxis at about $30+tip each should handle your group plus bags; two UberXL is another option. You can contact Super Shuttle and Larry's Limos for private transport options, but I suspect 2 cabs will win out. Ask the front desk to call for the cabs - they know who is reliable.
