Ocean View Balcony Rooms on Deck 9 Harmony of the Seas

I’m in the process of booking a cruise on Harmony of the Seas. This will be my first cruise on an Oasis class ship. I typically like to book an ocean view balcony where the deck below or above my cabin are rooms only due (on previous cruise I had ocean view balcony guarantee room and ended up above the night club). This time it looks like I will be on deck 9 where below are rooms and bars and restaurants. Will I be able to hear the noise from deck 8 on deck 9?

There are ocean view balcony staterooms on deck 8 that are directly below the ocean view balcony staterooms on deck 9.
