Dinning Specialty packages and 50% off first night

Any info from any one with this experience: we will be on Harmony of the Seas May 2017. We are trying to understand the following :

First night done right- starts at 15.00 we don't get to choose?

If we pay the upfront 15.00 what are our options if we do not like what was chosen for us.

In any of the packages are any speciality Resturant any restaurant not included ?

Any other info on the specialty dinning subject is very much appreciated- thank you

We did first night done right last week. They said they choose the restaurant but when we got on the ship, they let us pick the restaurant and time!

Yet another question - re: first night done right - Do we pay 15.00 dollars up front and then price adjust to half off the Resturant we choose? I don't see any Resturant that is 30.00 for the 15.00 it to be 50%. Thank you for your help

I believe I have read that Izumi Hibachi is not included in any dining packages.
