Scurrent Posted February 22, 2017 #1 Share Posted February 22, 2017 I have not been able to find any information on securing tender tickets on the NCL website for the Epic. We are on the 3/25 sailing, and need to get off the boat early for the Cayman Islands visit. I was told you can request them on our television in the room. Can they also be requested through the NCL app on my smartphone? Can we request them the minute we are on the boat? Is there any way to request them in advance? We have a tour not through the boat and don't want to be late. - Thanx - Steve

We waited in line for a while on the Jade, but we weren't really concerned about getting the first tender off. So... good luck!
Bold Spirit Posted February 22, 2017 #3 Share Posted February 22, 2017 Go to Guest Services as soon as you get on the ship and request them. They will assign you to a group. All you'll need is your key card. We just got back from a cruise on the Epic Saturday. Enjoy!
Rare albingirl Posted February 22, 2017 #4 Share Posted February 22, 2017 Go to the box office as soon as you board. If you do, you'll probably be in the A group.
Rare BirdTravels Posted February 22, 2017 #5 Share Posted February 22, 2017 Just use your stateroom TV. I think you can also use the touch screen kiosks in the public areas. Avoid standing in lines.
