Best snorkel tour in Aruba

Will be on Celebrity Constellation in December and want to do some snorkeling. Is the DePalm Island tour the best to do if I want to go snorkeling? The description says DePalm Island is the "premier snorkeling area" in Aruba. Anyone recommend this tour or suggest another for snorkeling?
