Quantum Class Cabins, specifically 13562 and similar

Hello, I am looking in to booking The Anthem and I noticed, monitoring the cabin maps online, that cabin 13562 and the cabins directly below, seem to be constantly available. To me, it looks like these would be the first to go so I am wondering if people are avoiding them for some reason? The maps make it seem as though the balconies are extra large so I don't get when these wouldn't be the first to be booked, unless there is another reason for this.
