Swimming with Dolphins!?

Out of Grand Cayman, Jamaica, and Cozumel which one of these places would be the best place to swim with Dolphins? I've been to all these places many times. After all of our years of cruising me and my wife decided we'd like to swim with Dolphins to do something different than our typical activities. So please out of all these ports who has the best bang for the buck?
