tezbear Posted November 15, 2005 #1 Share Posted November 15, 2005 We will be staying at the Courtyard Miami Beach South Beach for 2 nights before our cruise next June. Does anyone know approx how long it takes to get to the Port of Miami from this location in South Beach?
TrentS Posted November 15, 2005 #2 Share Posted November 15, 2005 Nice hotel, great location... It's about a 15 minute drive to the Port of Miami.
BlueHerons Posted November 15, 2005 #3 Share Posted November 15, 2005 Yes, it is a fairly short drive across the McCarther Causeway to the Port from South Beach. That is a great Courtyard and I love the rooftop pool!

tezbear Posted November 15, 2005 Author #9 Share Posted November 15, 2005 Thanks for your responses. Glad to see it is close by to the Port and that I picked a good hotel/location. The roof top pool and the fact that South Beach has many things to do w/out a car is what sold me!! I feel good about the hotel choice. Also, we were limited since we are family of 5 and didn't want to pay for 2 rooms just for a pre-cruise stay! These rooms look roomy and will accommodate up to 6 people for any bigger than 4 people out there!
