Breakaway Cabin 13842

Thinking about booking a cruise May 21 of this year on the Breakaway. I can get cabin 13842, which is a mid ship balcony for $1590 total for 2 people, with the beverage package, port fees, taxes, and beverage package surcharge. Pretty much everything except gratuities. I tried looking at the deck plans, and it seems like a good cabin in a good location, but I'm definitely no expert. If anyone has any input on this cabin, or would check the deck plans for me, I'd greatly appreciate it! Maybe you'll notice something I missed. Also, I don't know what's across the hall from this cabin. On the deck plans it looks like a big white square, can't imagine what it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Wow that's a great price. I think that cabin looks good, there are cabins above and below you so I think that will help to combat noise (from clubs & such). You'll only be a couple floors away from the pool & buffet so that's a plus. Across the hall is something you won't see - probably a way for the crew to get around. It looks like the "middle" of the ship which is usually something the crew utilizes, a stairwell, a closet. etc. Nothing that will bother you though. The only thing I would say is you're near the splash academy so will you hear kids? Maybe but I don't think too bad as the elevators they would probably use seem to be further away from you. Go for it & have a great time! I've been on the Breakaway once, loved it, going again in October. Please let us know how it is when you return ;)

Thanks so much for all the info, greatly appreciated! I just booked it! I couldn't turn down that price. I booked this with the casino at sea, they were the ones that gave me that great price. I didn't notice about splash academy, but it shouldn't be a problem, we are pretty much out of the cabin from 8am till at least 1am everyday.. plan of taking full advantage of the peerage package! Thanks again for the info!

I'm on the same sailing! As the poster above mentioned, that is a great price -- I'd grab it. You won't be disappointed!

Sounds great. We have been on the Breakaway twice, and love it. Not sure why all the negative reviews. See ya in a couple months!

Yay! I'm so excited for you. I don't think Splash academy will matter at all, sorry I mentioned it lol. That really is a great price, and I see you've been on it before so you know what to expect. Can't wait to hear how it was when you get back. Have a great time!!!
