Balcony Discount - 1 per cabin or should both get the discount?

We have finally reached Platinum with RCCL. I booked LOS in November for 9/3 sailing, but see that we only received the balcony discount on guest 1 (me). Guest 2 is also Platinum. Should we both have received the discount or is it only one per booking? Thanks in advance. I tried searching but did not find an answer.
