11:45 flight off the Sun Princess in March

You shouldn't have problems with this time. We always make 11:30 flights and always seem to make them with plenty of time to spare. There are rare circumstances that would prevent you from making it but I would go for it.

You might want to check Cruise Ship Calendar. You can see how many ships embark/disembark that day and given the size or passenger load of each ship make some estimate of what FLL (or any other airport) would see for crowds. You have to roughly double the bed count of these ships - as many may embark and disembark - all between 9:00 and 4:00 ! !

 

My wife and I have been through FLL with seven ships in one day and it was NOT a pretty situation - 3 of which were the 'BIG" ships. If you figure 2200 per ship, 7 ships, that's 30,800 passegers! :eek: Not all of them fly, but you get some idea of what FLL might look like.
