RCI cruise price has went down, call NO HELP?????

I called when I saw that the price for our cruise had gone down. I guess I learn something new today about RCI will not give on board credit after final payment. Little disappointed. Is this correct or did I just get a phone rep that didn't know she could. Thanks

That is correct, no credit of any kind after final payment date. Been that way since 2010.

Also, check out prices for higher categories. If those have also come down, you may be able to upgrade for little or no cost.
