Hi Everyone,

Quick question , heard multiple answers so i thought i would ask here. We are staying in the YC for our cruise on the seaside. Is there special seating for YC guests for the shows in the evening so we dont have to wait inline to find a seat etc.... ? Do you need to make reservations for the shows ?

Any help would be great

Thank you

I've been in the YC on the Divina. Your butler will escort you to the show, and there is special seating up front.

There is? I didn't see that. Oh well maybe it's changed. Meraviglia in June so will check it out.

I think you need to wait and see with the Seaside. The theater experience will be different than with Divina. On my last cruise, it was said that the theater will be smaller, with more performances, and will likely be booked via the new app.

We have been in the Divina YC three times and never saw reserved seats. It is true that your butler will escort you to the theater but we never saw a need to do that for two reasons. First, there were always available seats in our preferred section if we got there about 30 minutes early. Second, we felt funny about being escorted to seats that might be better than those without a butler. I always imaged tomatoes being thrown at us. :D

We've been escorted on Gala night by our butler to reserved seating area - it wasn't the best situation, just a row which had a small rope across the entrance which the butler held back for us to enter. I agree with Danbee that you're as well going early to get a good seat.
