Mobility Issues-St. Thomas

I know that this is not the correct Board for this question but I am hoping for a quicker response.

 

What is the best tour/ideas/things to do in St. Thomas for someone with mobility limitations (i.e. no steps, limited distances)?

 

Any suggestions for wheelchair accessible tours/ideas?

Hire a taxi for tour. A driver broke down my moms scooter and placed it in the back of his van. He drove us around for 3 hours. One of the stops was Mountaintop.

We did this in November. It was pretty interesting and very low key. It was worth the money. The pick-up was right as you got off the ship.
