willcruiseanythyme Posted March 14, 2017 #1 Share Posted March 14, 2017 We will be in St. Martin next week and only have about 2 hours in the afternoon to see the island. What would be the best way to find someone who doesn't cost a huge amount but will take us around to see some sites? We only want to stop for photo ops or possibly a quick snack or shop on the French side but also would like an air conditioned vehicle. Do taxi's have/use A/C here? What's a reasonable taxi fare for 2 people? Any help would be appreciated. Sent from my SM-G925V using Forums mobile app

Two hours is not a lot of time in the afternoon in St Maarten as the traffic can be very busy. I like leaving the last 1 1/2 -2 hours to shop on Front and Back St.'s and the Boardwalk. I don't think that I would head anywhere farther than town or Little Bay or perhaps Dawn beach with only a couple of hours.
gtaylor Posted March 15, 2017 #3 Share Posted March 15, 2017 How are you spending your morning, so we don't suggest a duplication? Aren't you there from 8-5? gary
