Is there another way than email to reach Nachicocum

I'm excited to have a chance to try Nachi cocum but when I booked I received a error message saying to try again when going to paypal. I did that but now have two reservations for 2.

 

I tried emailing the email on their site (and the confirmation) immediately and emailed again 3 days later but still haven't heard anything. still really want to go but really don't want to pay for 4 people, especially since I put for massages also.

 

Does anyone know any other way to reach them?
