Like for themed nights and such?

By reading the Carnival FAQs and any e-mails from Carnival.

BTW Carnival unless on a special cruise (usually a Journeys or closed charter), does not do any whole shipwide themes. Each night there will be a a late night dance or deck party that lasts for an hour, maybe 2 if popular, were dressing to theme is encouraged but not necessary to participate. These will be held either on the Lido deck or down in the dance club, sometimes drink specials are involved.

Some consistent themes done are White Hot Dance party on the first Elegant Evening and an 80's or Michael Jackson in the dance club. These can be held at any hour the dance club is open, most operate from 10 pm till 3 am. Also depending on port itineraries there will be at least one open deck party at 11 pm or midnight, some themes done for this are Mexican Fiesta and Beach Blanket party.
