If you have used it before my recommendation is to delete the app from the last cruise and then download it again. I have an android and it was giving me a bit of issues letting me add the current cruise. Once I did that it was perfect. noona23 Posted March 27, 2017 #11 Share Posted March 27, 2017 You have to register your phones when you get aboard. You get a pin number through your cabin's tv and enter it into the app to register. Didn't use the texting feature but did use the phone service to call home. Only had issues one time and called the kids every night to check in. The rates were great (rates varied from 12 to 19 cents per minute). We only installed on my wife's phone and the cost was $9.99...well worth it.
