If bidding is available on your ship (still being rolled out), you would see it on the home screen when you log on to your MyNCL account. Otherwise you need to call the upsell department a couple of weeks before your cruise.

Two of my clients were offered upsell on the Dawn for this weeks cruise. One took it one didn't. They left today and are having a fabulous time. Enjoy your upgrade.
