Need guidance on how to fill out the ‘Contact in Brazil’(PDF attached) section of Brazil visa application. Not sure what to enter in these fields for cruiseon the Sky. Also need to figure out howmany days we are in Brazil. I amguessing that some of the sea days are on the Amazon in Brazilian territory.

Thanks

Tom

When we obtained our Brazilian Visas we just entered the name of the cruise line and ship as our contact and that worked for us. The durational limit on a tourist visa is no more than 90 consecutive days in Brazil and you will be well below that number. You are correct that parts of your "sea days" both before Santarem and especially after Manaus will be in Brazil so if you entered 10 days you should be covered and well below the 90 maximum. Enjoy you cruise!
