Can anyone recommend a place near Eagle Beach for lunch?

Eagle Beach is mostly resorts, with very few stand alone restaurants. You can have lunch at most of the resorts. Bucuti, Divi all inclusive, and Tamarjin don't allow guests that aren't staying at their resorts, but you'll be able to eat at any of the others. You'll see plenty when walking down the beach. Matthew's at Casa del Mar is a great place for lunch. If you are near Amsterdam Manor, you can eat at the bar restaurant or across the street at the resort. MCV has a restaurant across the street.
