Tell me about Escape's new "Social Chat" internet package

Can anyone recently on the Escape that purchased this “social” package confirm it is $5 per day and what it includes? Can you use Instagram?

Also someone on the Epic posted several days ago they were able to use it but as yet no one let alone the OP has confirmed how they did this. It appears you only know about it in the daily brochure you receive?
