Puerto Vallarta whale watching in Feb?

The online excursion selections for our Feb. cruise has opened up, but there are no listings for a whale watching excursion there-- just in Cabo. We have been to PV in Feb. before and have gone whale watching--why no ship excursions then? Does anyone know? We have a short stop in Cabo and having never been there before would like to explore land at that port.
