Yes depalm island has a website.

 

Majority rules is a group game show where the most groups who answer the same answer win.

 

If you're late turning your answer in, you dance or do something embarrassing.

You can observe them controlling the ship. Even has screens with information they use everyday. Interesting to see how it's done!

Trying my luck at the slot tournament. Came in 3rd by 1,000 points or so. Oh well.

Spa time!

 

Being first time cruise spa passers, the pearls spa is kind of a let down.

 

Pros:

1. It's a quiet place to relax.

2. Heated tile loungers.

3. Separate men's and women's areas.

4. Great views forward

6. Gets you away from the crowds.

 

Cons:

1. It's small

2. A lot of broken things in here, from loungers to jacuzzis.

3. Water temps are body temp warm. You can ask for hotter, but usually don't get it.

4. Long lines at service desk. They need a self check in scanner.

5. Only 6 heated loungers, 1 broken. So get here early or late to get one.

6. No soothing music. All you hear is people talking.

 

Now this is just my opinion on the pearls spa, other ships are better I'm sure... but this one just isn't worth the money to buy a week pass.

 

Save your money unless you're looking to be alone or enjoy this type of spa.

If you visit here be prepared for two seasons... hot and humid!

chicken nachos were excellent!

meatball sub was very good, but the fries were so so.

fish and chips with the so so fries again, ask for malt vinegar.

peanut butter cheesecake, lacking the pb flavor. Think they only call it that because of the garnish.

key lime mousse was very good only with the huge spoon they give.. it's gone in 3 bites.

 

This was summer palace for lunch. We returned from Cartagena and got a nice seat by the window.

onion soup at MDR. It was ok, no melted cheese.

chicken parm was pretty good.

 

Indigo is more modern, laid back feel and no dress code for dinner besides the usual restrictions.
