It also says that the tips or DSC are also included. …and that's what makes it very different from the Sky, where passengers now have to pay $18.99 per person per day on top of their cruise fare. Another difference is that not everyone on board has the same package. Some passengers have Premium All-Inclusive, some have a version of Free At Sea, some have a different offer (from their TA or whatever), some have nothing.
