Pre-America's Cup Crowds

We will be docking in Bermuda on the 22nd and 23rd of May.

 

Do you foresee any larger than usual crowds or difficulty with transportation at this time?

 

I saw somewhere a post about limitation of vehicles being allowed into the area during the AC. Will we still be able to walk off of the ship and easily get a taxi?

Since there are no events those dates there is no reason to expect any larger than usual crowds those days. I think that is a reasonable guess.

In case anyone else is interested, a local told me that the dockyard area is already crowded. Several teams are already there practicing and more are to come. He also said no one knows yet just how the race and practice courses will affect boat rentals and the ferry routes.
