foie gras, anyone?

We have a cruise scheduled in December 2006 on SD2; can anyone tell us how often WARM foie gras is served, or is it available on request in some way? This is our favorite food, way ahead of Caviar, so your answer will be appreciated.

On my recent Sea Dream II cruise, we only had warm foie gras on the menu one time (and it was delicious).

 

If you make a "request" of the chief steward or the chef, especially if you have alerted a Travel Consultants at Sea Dream in Miami (Andrew Cohen is excellent) ahead of time, I would bet they will try to accomodate.

We had it on SD during the chef's degustation dinner two weeks ago on SD 2. It was wonderful!

 

As FT and other have mentioned ... just let the chief steward of the folks in Miami know of your request. As one of our favorite bartenders on SD 2 says ... "Everything is possible!" ... and we found that to be true!
