As an extended family (grandkids as young as 5, grandparents in 80s), we are cruising to Bermuda to celebrate the grandparents' 50th anniversay. As they honeymooned in Bermuda, we hope to plan an anniversary dinner while docked.

Can anyone recommend restaurants that having dining on a beach or overlooking a beach, that could accomodate a large group like that?

Alternatively, would appreciate a restaurant suggestion that has a private room to host a larger party because the grandkids want to say a few words about the grandparents (who are hard of hearing).

I don't have any beach suggestions for such a large group, one of the Bermudians who participate on this board might have some suggestions, but be prepared to spend a lot for something like that.

As an alternative I would suggest the Frog and Onion. It has large rooms and has a private room. It is at the Dockyard and would be easy to get to.

Or you could arrange something on your cruise ship.

Mickey's is a great suggestion, or Cafe Lido at Elbow too. Or maybe one of the restaurants at the Reef's. Closer to Dockyard is Cambridge Beaches which has a couple of nice places that could do a special dinner.
