Splash Academy Bathrooms

We will be sailing on the Gem in June with a 3 year old. I know the staff at Splash Academy can't help them with the bathroom. Do they have child sized toilets or are they expected to be able to use an adult toilet by themselves? Thanks in advance!

USPH regulations require at least one child sized toilet in the children's area of the ship. Since most ships call on US ports at one time or another, they are all built this way. I would have to check the EU's ShipSan program, but it is very similar to the USPH VSP. These toilets have smaller openings in the seat, and are either lower, or have steps up.
