Noted when researching things to do in ft lauderdale precruise that there is a glass bottom boat tour that also offers an opportunity to snorkle. Has anyone done any snorkeling in the ft lauderdale area and does it amount to anything worthwhile? Thanks in advance

I lived in FT Laud for a few yrs and while i've never snorkled there i did do a good bit of diving. Diving in FT Laud is pretty cool, lots of shipwrecks and such to see. The water is pretty clear most of the time so I would imagine snorkeling over a reef wouldn't be bad.
